About Tom Leins

Tom Leins is a disgraced ex-film critic from Paignton, UK. Since 2003 well over 100 of his short stories have been published in anthologies, literary magazines and online.

The Paignton Noir novelettes Skull Meat, Snuff Racket, Spine Farm, Sin Clinic, Skeleton Crew and Slop Shop are all available via Amazon, as is the novella Boneyard Dogs (Close To The Bone, July 2019). In addition, Dirty Bullion – a collaboration with Benedict J. Jones, author of the Charlie Bars series – was published in August 2019.

Also available are the Paignton Noir short story collections Meat Bubbles & Other Stories (Close To The Bone, June 2018), Repetition Kills You (All Due Respect, September 2018) and Ten Pints of Blood (Close To The Bone, June 2020). His most recent book is Sharp Knives & Loud Guns (All Due Respect, December 2021), which includes the novelettes Slug Bait, Smut Loop and Sweating Blood.

In terms of standalone books, The Good Book: Fairy Tales For Hard Men – an interlinked collection of wrestling noir – was published by All Due Respect in January 2020.
